Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Identifying and resolving hardware malfunctions, including component replacements and system upgrades.
∎ Installation and Configuration:
∎ Setting up new hardware, including peripherals, network devices, and servers.
∎ Maintenance and Optimization:
∎ Performing preventative maintenance, optimizing system performance, and ensuring hardware compatibility with software.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Maintaining accurate records of hardware configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Testing and verifying the functionality of hardware after installation and repair.
∎ Client Interaction:
