This internship is designed for young talents who are passionate about hospitality, guest experience, communication, and premium service standards. Interns will gain hands-on experience in front-office operations and luxury guest relations within a sophisticated hospitality environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests/members upon arrival
• Provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, and membership offers
• Maintain a polished, professional, and guest-friendly environment
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experience
• Handle guest interactions professionally and confidently
• Uphold hospitality etiquette, grooming standards, and communication protocols
• Observe guest feedback and support service improvement initiatives

Educational Requirements:

• O Level/A Level background preferred
• Students or graduates from reputed universities are encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication skills will be highly preferred
