Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and personalized dining experience
∎ Build strong relationships with guests and provide personalized attention throughout their visit
∎ Proactively engage with guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs and preferences
∎ Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
∎ Coordinate special requests, such as dietary restrictions or celebrations, with the kitchen and service teams
∎ Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions
∎ Maintain an up-to-date guest database and utilize guest recognition tools effectively
∎ Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute guest engagement initiatives
∎ Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction during and after their dining experience
∎ Uphold the restaurant's standards and policies for guest service excellence
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only third genders are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in a guest service or customer relationship role is preferred
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
∎ Exceptional customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor
∎ Ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with guests
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
∎ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
