Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Provide accurate guidance about services, facilities, and membership offers
- Maintain a polished, professional, and guest-friendly environment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Observe guest behavior, identify service improvement opportunities, and report to supervisors
- Uphold brand standards, grooming, hospitality etiquette, and communication protocols
