∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ HSC/Graduate.

∎ Experience in managing Security Guards preferred.
∎ Computer knowledge is a must.
∎ Able to travel frequently.
∎ Leadership abilities to lead large number of Guards.
∎ Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.
∎ Retired defense personnels are highly encouraging to apply for the position.
∎ Skill and Competencies:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and Monitor the performance of Security Guards located throughout the field office.
∎ Develop training module for the Security Guards and provide training on the same.
∎ Prepare Security Guards management Guideline.
∎ Plan and monitor the duty of Security Guards.
∎ Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
∎ Prepare duty roaster of Security Guards.
∎ Prepare Quarterly report on the performance of Security Guards.
∎ Prepare reports on internal investigations, losses/theft, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Extensive visit throughout the field offices according to monthly visit plan.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
∎ Play a central role in ensuring a safe, healthy and secure workplace.
∎ Maintain Security Guard database.
∎ Collaborating with other teams to determine security needs.
∎ Protect organization’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
∎ Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
∎ Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
∎ Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
∎ Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
∎ Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
∎ Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
∎ Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
∎ Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
