Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Sr. Graphic Designer and Media Development Team Branding and Communications Teams to create effective, compelling content based on concepts from promotional calendar, brand style, and research
∎ Define and promote the visual identities of multiple brands across various online selling platforms and social media channels
∎ Design, develop, and produce 2D digital and printed visual materials across multiple brands and audiences, including but not limited to front-end website design, website banners and informational graphics, e-mail newsletters and marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional videos, and packaging and tag designs
∎ Present and defend designs and key deliverables to team members; Revise content as needed
∎ Multi-task on several projects and provide deliverables in accordance with schedule
∎ Create content following templates and style guides as well as original content; Expand upon established brand principles to facilitate growth and versatility
∎ Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technology updates
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English ( Level C1-C2)
∎ At least 3 years of relevant design experience creating branded visual materials
∎ Must be able to show examples of design work.
∎ Must be comfortable with working and communicating across global teams
∎ Knowledge of and experience with creating visual content for websites, Instagram, and Facebook is a plus
∎ Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
∎ Experience with Canva and Shopify is a plus
∎ Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing is a plus
∎ Strong understanding of and experience in branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media.
∎ Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to take direction from multiple people.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
