Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Cox`s Bazar Office
∎ Reporting to: Senior Grants Manager
∎ Department: Grants
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: 1 Year (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with program teams on technical report and compilation of the initial draft.
∎ Review and provide feedback and prepare draft narrative report before sharing to Senior Grants Manager.
∎ Maintain updated records for multiple award in the IRC's filing system and online opportunity tracking system (OTIS)
∎ Develop a compliance checklist and review the document based on the checklist as and when required for both the IRC and its partners.
∎ Provide efficient and effective contract management support to country team, providing direct contract-management support if and where required.
∎ Support the Senior Grants Manager with collating and developing information for Grant Review Meetings including mini refresher trainings on compliance where necessary.
∎ Support the Senior Grants Manager in responding to compliance queries from program, finance, operations and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning teams.
∎ Provide administrative support on facilitating authorization and sign-off processes, payment requests, tax exemption protocol, and information management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' working experience in humanitarian/development contexts in a grants or compliance role.
∎ Experience of working with institutional donors.
∎ Experience of working on large scale, complex, multi-sector programs in both emergency and/ or fragile contexts.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and systematic approach to information management
∎ Excellent donor report writing skill.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to handle pressure and improve.
∎ Excellent command of MS Office
∎ Experience with grants management tracking systems
∎ Excellent English and Bangla language communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Strong commitment to IRC's mission, purpose and values
