Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Sewing Audit in KIABI/LIDL/NKD/Jennyfer Sewing lines, improve defects and Sewing if correct style with acceptable workmanship and measurements.
∎ Sewing production daily monitoring, maintain sewing quality by audit report and problem solving with production team.
∎ Total responsibility from cutting, sewing to shipment.
∎ Ensure factory processes are effective and compliant at all times, enabling final product quality that meets the required workmanship, construction and safety standards.
∎ Provide problem solving solutions on technical, production and quality issues.
∎ Conduct in- line product quality checks to determine areas for process improvement. Address issues collaboratively with concern personnel and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately to safeguard product quality.
∎ Monitor and control the Traffic Light System (TLS) on the sewing lines.
∎ Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the factory and highlight areas of concern.
∎ Make sure product and processes are consistently complying with all safety requirements.
∎ Monitor and control every processes with respect to needle control procedure, sharp tools control procedure and metal free zone process.
∎ Conduct regular process control audits
∎ Train factory teams on all SOPs, Vendor manuals and other processes related to workmanship, fit, product and process safety, and guide them to apply those practically.
