Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Sewing Audit in LPP production Sewing and finishing lines, improve defects, ensure 100% conformity with Approved PP Sample and correct measurements.
∎ Sewing production daily monitoring, maintain sewing quality by audit report and problem solving with production team.
∎ Total responsibility from cutting, sewing to final inspection.
∎ Provide problem solving solutions on technical, production and quality issues.
∎ Conduct in- line product quality checks to determine areas for process improvement. Address issues collaboratively with concern personnel and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately to safeguard product quality.
∎ Conduct regular process control audits
∎ Train factory teams on all SOPs, Vendor manuals and other processes related to workmanship, fit, product and process safety, and guide them to apply those practically.
∎ Know about LPP Quality Manual Norms and implement Quality control procedures of LPP orders.
