Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attend each inspection and quality control.
∎ To ensure the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ To execute the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ To inspection activity for product throughout the production cycle.
∎ To ensure the quality standards to fulfill the customer requirements.
∎ Coordinate with the factories for production plan and WIP, reviewing the status to ensure that products are being shipped in time.
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production process as per customers' requirements.
∎ Follow up the audit and take action if required. Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Ensure health & safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Must be experienced in AQL level inspection system & able to manage QC team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Must possess thorough knowledge of the entire process of Quality Control of Fabric/ Pattern/Sewing/ Finished Products.
∎ Capable to deal with planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance including buyers handling and be capable to work independently, leading a large team of Quality Assurance Personnel.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills
