Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any subject, preferably in Public Relation/Business Administration/Political Science/Social Science/ Law /International Relation or other Development Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring compliance with NGO permits/authorizations, reporting, and all organizational requirements to Cox's Bazar level government authorities regarding WVB's activities.
∎ Liaison regularly with the Coordinator and/or Assistant) to share information relating to permissions and operating environment.
∎ Liaise with the WVBs representation vis-a-vis relevant government and civil society stakeholders for the operation of NGOs in the Rohingya response, and maintain constructive dialogue with these actors, ensuring they are informed and understanding WVB's activities for refugees and host community.
∎ Maintain WVB's acceptance and visibility at Cox's Bazar level, in close collaboration with programme teams working with local authorities on a daily basis, both in camp and host community areas.
∎ Develop a strong working relationship with the RRRC office, DC office, UNO office, CiC in the camp level and UP level also as Government liaison officer.
∎ Assist to conduct liaison assessment and strategic planning with key stakeholders
∎ Ability to collect DF-7 completion certificate from the UNO & DC office
∎ Capacity/experience to made an appointment with Deputy Commissioner (DC), UNO, RRRC, SP, UNO, CiC Cox's Bazar for our staffs, Visitors and national office high officials.
∎ Participated NGO Coordination meeting with UNO office if need.
∎ Conduct and arrange FD-7 completion field visit with UNO office level officers
∎ Working experience in the Rohingya camp
∎ Capacity to work with multi-sector like Finance/SCM/GBV/CP& Education/P&C/Construction/WASH/Nutrition sectors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience and experience in government dealings and works with Govt officers and department.
∎ Experience in working with Directorate of Social Services, Ministry of Social Welfare will be a value add.
∎ Coordinate and assist program and operations to ensure that our operations at a whole are aligned as per the Govt. guidelines and policies
∎ Bangla typing will have added extra value of this position.
∎ Effective negotiation and communication skills particularly with Government office level.
∎ Ensure the smooth and seamless communication and coordination with RRRC/DC/UNOSP/CiC office to ensure functional operations to the country.
∎ High skills of motivational ability, Patients and stress management capacity
∎ Experience to work in busy office environment.
∎ Effective Conceptual skills & Analytical skills
∎ Bangla Typing, English Typing is required.
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Proven experience as a team player
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Experience with Non-Profit organization
∎ Cross/multi-cultural and sectoral experience.
∎ Free hand English report writing experience.
∎ Skills of filing and Documentation.

∎ Capacity to dealings with foreign expatriate.
∎ Must be experience in reporting through computer using the Bangla and English.
∎ Experience to taken materials approval from DC office inspection committee.
∎ Experience to arrange meeting/seminar/workshop with RRRC/DC/SP/UNO/UP Chairman
∎ Experience to taken approval of need assessment form RRRC office.
∎ Ensure WVB's representation with government and civil society stakeholders for the operation ensure these actors are informed and understanding WVB's activities for refugees and host community.
∎ Experience of Bangla writing of FD-7 & FD-6
∎ Experience to taken approval camp pass for foreign expert and foreign visitors.
∎ Experience to meet the NSI/DGFI/Police station need regarding the foreign expert's security clearance.
∎ Experience to writing the FD-7 Project Completion Report.
