Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline but preferred in economics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Seek new directions and ways to improve and grow capacity development of the beneficiaries.
∎ Responsible for the final decision on strategic and sometimes operational matters on project priorities.
∎ Oversee financial records and take action such as securing a new line of credit to handle unforeseen events
∎ Set the direction and establish the desired image for the business.
∎ Responsible for the overall marketing plan for the business.
∎ May introduce adjustments to products and services
∎ Perform all other duties necessary for the organization to achieve its goals
∎ Community level activities e.g. need assessment, problem identification and situation analysis are facilitated according to the project design
∎ Community centered activities on micro entrepreneurship vocational and well-coordinated with other sectors
∎ Establish strong leadership skills to influence among team and key stakeholder toward achieving the goals of the business
∎ For the business to attract and keep its beneficiaries to initiate and close sales
∎ Ensure the ability to map out the actions to arrive at project goals.
∎ Have to work with others to harness their skills in achieving the goals of the business
∎ At least 95% accomplishment of work plan done according to project goal and approved budget
∎ Strengthen relationship with supervisor and subordinate, local leaders, Site Management, NGOs/INGOs & other stakeholders Majhee, parents of the Rohingya community.
∎ Advocate Education issues come from the community in forums and meetings, collaborate with Govt. and like-minded Non. Govt. organizations.
∎ Facilitate capacity building of host community and Rohingya facilitators by coaching, training, workshop, and orientation.
∎ Supervise and monitor the host community and Rohingya facilitators in program implementation services.
∎ Quality report developed & submitted in time.
∎ Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report generated in accordance with Response/Donors/Cluster compliance format.
∎ Preparation of case study and success story on a quarterly basis.
∎ All reports and records are properly documented
∎ Develop and use different vocational and entrepreneurship material for activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge and skills on community mobilization in emergencies
∎ Ability to work in different locations as per advise
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali (Local dialect of Chittagoinan is highly preferable)
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point
∎ Minimum 2 years of community development activities/Response works
∎ 75% field visit in the working area is expected
∎ Good working relationship between CP & Education project and other projects including special projects in the working area.
∎ Secured, safety, friendly and cooperative working environment among the team members
