Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Wet Process)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure ontime shipment
∎ To ensure every effort for shipment through sea freight/ air freight on customer’s expense
∎ To ensure rejection and low percentage {garments and chemicals} within the allowable limit
∎ To ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions & calculative follow-up
∎ To maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision making
∎ To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities
∎ To arrange necessary trainings for the employees
∎ Capable of utilizing human resource, machines and material to achieve daily production target
∎ Should have good knowledge about the washing machine, different washing procedure and chemical technical data
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per customer’s requirement
∎ Should comply for any task given by top management

∎ Age at least 30 years
