Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors/ Honors from a reputable university
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are newly established green plant - world class Denim manufacturing plant @ Chittagong.
∎ Reporting Authority COO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire production matters of washing unit in the factory
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling
∎ Managing whole washing facility with more than (number of machines) and (number of approximate process)
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality
∎ Manage and sustain a full functional Effluent Treatment Plant
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals
∎ Ensure product safety and quality
∎ Responsible for reporting all operations related information in prescribed formats within given period and deadlines (production report, inventory report, production summary, MIS report, operation-wise test report etc.), as well as other reports relating to cost, wastage, maintenance, consumption, monthly inventory, people, quality and safety for effective decision making by top management.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor
∎ Manage and monitor on time production for shipment
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement
∎ Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in similar position in any reputed factory's washing unit/ washing plant
∎ Sri Lankans and Indians preferred

Salary: Negotiable
