  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Experience with B2B sales in the renewable energy industry will be preferred.
  • Experience in corporate sales sector at least 8 (eight) years including highly prefer of 4+ years of proven sales experience, especially in of Automobile marketing sector or Commercial/Flat developer marketing or Generator/industrial heavy machine. 
  • Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels.
  • Knowledge of industrial bidding documents and experience with industrial solar/others projects.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a General Manager of Sales who will be responsible for driving sales for industrial rooftop solar projects. This is full time, on-site role located in Dhaka. The day-to-day tasks of the role include managing the sales team, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities and creating sales strategies and plans to achieve our sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and forecasting sales projections.

  • Sales lead with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets. Identify new markets and business opportunities, visit potential customers for new business, negotiating the terms of an agreement and close sales.
