Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in the process, section wise, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Maintain and improve product and operation quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support for the factory.
∎ Develop and analyses statistical data and products specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Assure quality control objectives and coordinate with production procedures.
∎ Develop a plan, promote, facilitate, and organize training activities for all respective persons related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements.
∎ Recommend recovery plan for improvement as required.
∎ Responsible for buyers any quality inspection failing, final inspection, in process inline quality audit and inspection.
∎ Responsible for customer quality claim and giving on time customer feedback in any quality issue.
∎ Responsible for all technical audit and implementation of customer technical requirements.
∎ I have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Experience to perform bulk fabrics inspection based on 4point system.
∎ Maintain AQL all levels of production process, and build an implement quality system to maintain continuous quality in all process.
∎ To ensure that the goods are completed to the correct quality standard and specification for third party inspection & in time for shipment.
∎ Share and upgrade technical knowledge quality awareness of all relevant people to achieve desired quality objectives thereby, facilitating production operations.
∎ Technical solution given to factory during bulk production & sample approval stage.
∎ Contact sample room & merchandiser for any clarification about styling & construction.
∎ Critical path analysis & solution taken by experiment.
∎ Setting QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensuring test and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated & investigated, if necessary.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standard and visualization.
