Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for General Manager - Quality Control (Foreign candidates are also allowed to apply.
∎ As per the quality, the manual must run the quality control system.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance system for woven garments (120 lines).
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Setting QA team and achieve the qualitative results.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated, and investigated, if necessary.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards/Manual.
∎ Effective communication and report writing skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ (Foreign candidates are also allowed to apply (Indian/ Srilankan)
∎ Work for H&M, Bestseller, C&A, Inditex, Tom Tailor,Lee & Wrangler, M&S will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated QA procedures and techniques.
∎ Must have 12 to 15 years working experience in Bangladesh or any other's country as mention position.
∎ Must have working experience in large garments group having 65 to 100 sewing lines.
∎ Should be well organized to face complicated quality standards of reputed buyers.
∎ Should be able to handle a number of factories product quality independently.
∎ Able to communicate & coordinate with highly professional senior management team members of foreign nationality.
∎ Good spoken skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking with perfect judgment skill of complicated work issues.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers. As example - H&M,C&A, Cellio , Espirit , M&S, LI& Fung, Gap,Jc penny etc.
∎ Well known about buyer's Technical compliance requirements & implementing process/Procedure.
