∎ Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead factory independently
∎ Mailing correspondence with buyer /buying house /corporate office/Govt. official independently.
∎ To manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment.
∎ Increase production, quality and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.
∎ Prepare production layout and follow-up accordingly.
∎ Ensure quality of the Goods as per buyer requirement.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery
∎ Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members.
∎ Strictly follow-up Hourly production and work for increasing.
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth garments manufacturing.
∎ To motivate the workforce for achieving the company's goal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6-10 years as a Manager- Production with reputed Garments industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments/Textile.
∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
