Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct activities amiable to productivity of the production unit for sweater Factory
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to capitulate higher productivity
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes.
∎ Implement modern production techniques like lean manufacturing to minimize WIPE and various other wastage.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Responsible for reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality and safety for effective decision making by management.
∎ Optimization of human resources.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure & maintain floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Previous working experience with automatic knitting machine factory.
∎ knowledge in programming.
∎ Reporting to DMD and Director about daily production.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills .
∎ Technical knowledge of Sweater.
∎ Practical working experiences with s’Oliver,Tomtailor,Zara,George, Lindex,H &M,Mango,Kohl's etc.
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 250000 (Monthly)
