Experience Requirements:

Logistics Management, Transport Management, Transport Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overall fleet of vehicle maintenance, registration, log book maintenance.
∎ To make a detail plan for inspection of all vehicles of the Company and submit a report within 07 (Seven) days of the Inspection to the authority.
∎ To be directly responsible for documentation of all the Vehicles/Mechanical Transport (BRTA, GPO and other related offices) of the Company and directly report to the concerned authority.
∎ To prepare a detail Monthly report for Head Office and Depot on cost of Vehicle Maintenance, Cost of fuel, etc. (MIS).
∎ To monitor the Vehicles of Head Office, Depot & Factory effectively in coordination with IT division for cost reduction of Vehicle operation.
∎ Office Pickup/Drop Service: To make a detail route planning of the officers/employees for timely attending the Office
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
∎ Must have previous experience as Transport Officer.
