Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Lubricant, Vehicles Lubricant Oil
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Lubrication Suppliers and service providers, Review them and finalize the annual rate contract of lubricants.
∎ Monitor Production area which includes blending, filling, terminalling, packaging, and raw materials receipt activities.
∎ Allocation of Production Scheduler for production planning and product costing.
∎ Blending & Filling Leads responsible for production plans execution & control
∎ Responsible for all plant maintenance and capital projects execution.
∎ Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
∎ Inventory Management of all raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Constantly improves the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation with minimal capital investment
∎ Maintain all blending and filling equipment with proper maintenance plan and backup plans
∎ Support and cooperate fully with all stakeholders associated with operations for planning, procurement, logistics, quality and maintenance to ensure customer's expectations are met.
∎ Establish & maintain communications with support functions
∎ Manage budgets and forecasts
∎ Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently and in compliance to company procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work Experience in Petrochemical environment especially lubricants manufacturing.
∎ Must be able to drive own Motorcycle
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
