4 to 5 years in the relevant position, Garment Marketing, Garments Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly supervising, mentoring, coaching, and providing advice on procedures/working methods of the Group & Team Leaders.
∎ Leading the team for Major Organizational Changes to unify corporate culture, values and core goals that bring greater consolidations, cost savings & improved decision making process.
∎ Improving operational and technical systems, processes and policies for achieving the organization's Vision.
∎ Setting effective goals aiming for better quality, escalating processes, high speed and efficiency.
∎ Assisting for developing detailed work plans, MIS Report, deliver status, meeting deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of all aspect, Prepare and provide reports with analysis to the Management.
∎ Creating and maintaining a professional culture within the organization where individuals take ownership and are fastidious and proud of delivering excellence and quality.
∎ Business development by assessing vendor's resources capacity according to our highest expectations.
∎ Co-ordinate and liaise with buyers & vendors for identifying new product
∎ Negotiate quotes & prices with vendor on new products/orders to enable vendors to obtain orders for their area of specialization.
∎ Provide guidance Factory to understand and follow systems & procedures
∎ Costing plan with cost evaluation and pricing product costing and negotiating
∎ Coordinate buying meetings locally and internationally.
∎ Coach and guide the Merchandising team
∎ Critical Path analysis
∎ Formulating new business strategy
∎ ** Special Note: Responsible for overall management of operational activities of the group mainly related to Knit Composite Garments Industry located at Jirani Bazaar (Opposite to B.K.S.P), Gazipur
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
