∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, IR
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work collaboratively with cross function, Employee Management, Grievance, Human Resource Management, Labour Counselling

Experience Requirements:
∎ 16 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer work rules fairly and objectively. Maintain management role and perspective while being sensitive to employee position.
∎ Communicate policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
∎ Keep staff advised of key issues and concerns.
∎ Develop a rapport with employees and maintain approachability
∎ Recruitment of employees
∎ Maintain confidential records, including personnel files.
∎ Coordinate training activities for employees.
∎ Grievance Handling
∎ Provide counsel to employees on disciplinary issues, work related issues, career enhancement and developmental opportunities within the company.
∎ Maintain the Employee Relations Strategy for the location and organize periodic updates with Production Manager, Plant Staff, General Manager HR and other members of the General Management Team.
∎ Oversee local Administrative and PR activities
∎ Oversee the plant Health & Safety program, affirmative action plan, and all other statutory compliance issues.
∎ Perform other special projects and assignments as directed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Will prefer someone who has worked in a people intensive industry (factory level only, not head office or corporate level) and has 15-17 years of relevant experience.
∎ Needs to have good computer skills
∎ Applicants with Army or Similar Background preferred
∎ A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Good communication skills - English
