Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience to handle H&M, Primark and Target Australia (ILO - Better Work).
∎ Taking full responsibility of factory HR & Compliance.
∎ Execution of the company's policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Develop, upgrade and implement HR policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation and make sure that the policies are duly implemented.
∎ Ensure discipline in the factory. Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
∎ Compliance issues with local laws, regulations and different buyers requirements. Play the role of company custodian for preservation/conservation of company confidential documents, agreements in a safe and sound manner with entire satisfaction of Management.
∎ Supervise training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with involvement from department heads.
∎ Ensure the payment of employee's wages, salary, overtime, insurance coverage, Maternity Benefit, etc. on time.
∎ Maintain employee records & responsible for HR Software (PMS).
∎ Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, creativity and teamwork.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend a participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion, increment & Development and transfer/ discontinuation.
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/OEKO-Tex/ OCS and others certifications Audits.
∎ To control, direct monitor & motivate the department employees.
∎ Ensure the Compliance issues including Health & Safety as per in housekeeping Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP Submitted.
∎ Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
∎ To ensure smooth Industrial Relations (IR) maintaining proper liaison with employee representatives and all related Govt. / Non-Govt./ autonomous bodies of the country.
∎ Also Liaison with compliance auditors.
∎ Any other task will be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Training on Human Resource Management
∎ Experience on WRAP, BSCI, H&M, Primark, Target Australia, ILO, GEMO, Aldi Buyer Requirement.
