Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare job descriptions and specifications (Job Analysis), write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised, design application forms and prepare other recruitment material and budgeting.
∎ Screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, written tests and personality questionnaires and various group activities.
∎ Establish Performance Management through KPI & KRA setting according to layer for specific measurement of contribution to the organization.
∎ HR/Manpower planning and staffing process at factories.
∎ Developing and implementing HR Policies/Service Rule and Procedures complying with ISO Compliance, Job Analysis and strategic direction concerning to the organizational goal.
∎ Workload analysis, adjustment of manpower distribution and downsizing manpower as required at head office and all factories.
∎ Maintain relationship with external agencies such as job centres and recruitment agencies to find out right people in right time to the right place.
∎ Developing and implementing HR Budget yearly/Quarterly in line with the business plan.
∎ Establish and maintain HR succession plan for all individuals.
∎ Enhance professional development by providing sufficient training that are available to all staff and prioritized by needs analysis.
∎ Co-ordinate an organizational annual training needs analysis and develop annual training plan for execution.
∎ Continuously improve evaluation systems to assess the training outcome.
∎ Setup system and process for determining performance gap and necessary training and development.
∎ Set up in-house training facility including orientation and induction, develop materials and conduct accordingly
∎ Maintain relationship with training institutes, network of external trainers.
∎ Work on succession planning i.e. identifying and developing internal people with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the company.
∎ Work on ISO Compliance & TQMS.
∎ Coordinate and operate Human resources administration activities, Payroll software and HRIS maintenance including employee information, ESS, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training Development, and leave management above all full electronic management.
∎ Coordinate and monitor all HR activities at factories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be expertise on labor law.
∎ Ability to implement KPI in different discipline.
∎ Ability to solve practical problems.
∎ Ability to lead team, interpret and communicate a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must be able to make decisions on routine matters utilizing company policies, procedures and directions from upper management.
