Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a retail business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
∎ Oversee store operations, sales performance, and customer experience across retail outlets.
∎ Identify and expand new retail locations, franchises opportunities, and online retail channels.
∎ Manage promotions, and inventory planning to maximize revenue.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stockholders.
∎ Implement customer loyalty programs and innovative retail marketing initiatives.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data, foot traffic, and consumer trends to refine strategies.
∎ Ensure shameless integration between physical and digital retail platforms (Omni channel Strategy).
∎ Lead and train the retail of operations team to enhance efficiency and service quality.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
