Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to deliver higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices. Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of all lines (sewing, finishing, and cutting), optimum production, on-time shipment of goods, and standard quality Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine, materials and methods Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans,
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized production floor.
