Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Engineer/ Masters/ MBA in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong capability to handle the production of almost 70,000 Spindle of Ring & Rotor Spinningand quantitative analysis, Buyer corresponded for sales 20.00-ton approx. yarn per day and creative work for an order starting from new development to shipment of goods.
∎ Prepare production plan & shipment plan for proper execution of sampling according to "Time and Action Calendar" on regular basis with production/operation GM.
∎ Responsible to get approval ofYarn and accessories and various Layouts etc. proper inventory control follow -up.
∎ Market Evaluation & Condition reporting to the management
∎ Business Valuations, Presentations & Development
∎ Strategic Business Planning, as well as factory production planning
∎ Execution & Performance Accountability, Business Target Goal Achievement
∎ Following R&D, Marketing & Merchandising Team with strong leading Management
∎ Organizational Development & Motivation, Key Account Management
∎ Financial Plan Negotiation capacity with customer
∎ Close follow up with Finance, Commercial in between Merchandising
∎ Monthly Profit& Loss Statements presentation.
∎ Sound knowledge about Yarn, Accessories, Sample development, Cotton consumption & product Costing and current price quotation, procurement and marketing related of all kinds Yarn, product development, market survey.
∎ Co-ordinate with all section, department, monitoring and sourcing complete as sample section, Lab section, production program, Store, Packing, Commercial section etc.
∎ Try to give maximum lead time to production and thinking for maximum profit from all merchandise
