Job Context:
∎ Factory Located at Adamjee, EPZ.
∎ Applicants must have working experiences in blazer manufacturing factories.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance for woven & formal wear garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Setting QA team and target ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated and take steps to stop achieve if necessary.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards
∎ Effective communication, report writing, Training & analytical skills.
∎ Monitoring Hourly & Daily basis DHU, Rejection.
∎ Must be ensuring Pre-production procedure & Risk Assessment.
∎ Responsible for customer quality claim and giving on time customer feedback for any quality issues.
∎ Responsible for all Technical Audits and implementation of customer technical requirements.
∎ Should have knowledge about traffic light system or 7 Pcs bundling system.
∎ Job Target :-
∎ 01. Cut to shipment 98%,
∎ 02. In-Line Inspection target 97%,
∎ 03. Final Inspection target 100%.
∎ 04. Zero Defect.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge of system implementation including sharp tool control.
∎ Knowledge of washing procedures.
∎ ISO9001:2015 Based knowledge will be given preference.
∎ Professional experiences in TQM will add preferences.
∎ Must have working experiences in blazer manufacturing factories.
∎ Must have experience to work with buyers like H&M, Next, C & A, JC Penny, Best Seller, Walmart.
