production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance for woven garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Setting QA team and target ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated and take steps to stop achieve if necessary.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards
∎ Effective communication, report writing, Training & analytical skills.
∎ Should have knowledge about 7 Pcs bundling system.
∎ Should have knowledge about traffic light system.
∎ Job Target :-
∎ 01. Cut to shipment 98%,
∎ 02. In-Line Inspection target 97%,
∎ 03. Final Inspection target 97%.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge of system implementation including sharp tool control.
∎ Knowledge of washing procedures.
∎ ISO Based quality knowledge will be given preference.
∎ Must have experience to work with buyers like H&M, Gap, C&A, Next.
