∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall factory productions Planning supervision and follow up.
∎ Good knowledge in production and planning. Need to achieve day to day target production as per given plan.
∎ Submit daily production & others reports to top management with recommendation.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues which is related to production.
∎ Provide Technical & Non-Technical Assistance for smooth operation, maintenance & administration of large copper factory.
∎ Closely supervise all factory related issues. Supervise plant production units & resolve day to day production related problems.
∎ Ensure Raw Materials & Spare Parts availability through close monitoring & supervision. Supervise schedule maintenance of production related machinery.
∎ Supervise & Monitor all department of the factory for various issues & make proper decision with consultation of the management for plant operation.
∎ Proper employee management of the factory through providing necessary instructions to complete the task & provide feedback/report to management with recommendations if any.
∎ Providing necessary technical training to the technical staff for their skill development.
∎ Plan and organize administrative activities, establish administrative procedure and control policies & Coordination with management and government agencies of various administrative related issues.
∎ Able to communicate confidently with local community & government law and force agencies with good outcome.
∎ Monitor and ensure disciplinary functions, security, logistics, safety and hygienic mattes and all other disciplinary functions of company.
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under production Dept. and submit recommendations to plant head.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report of production & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
∎ Applicant must have experience in Steel / Wire or Cable / Copper Industry of Similar discipline.
∎ Job Location: Madhabpur Hobigonj, Sylhet.

∎ Age 38 to 50 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Operations & Production, Administration, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct,Organization Development/Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel / Wire or Cable / Copper Industry of Similar discipline will get preference.
