∎ L.L.M from Public University will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Banking law, Case Management, Civil Lawyer, Company Law, Corporate Agreements, Criminal Law, fluent in english writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Land
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cement Industry, Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Land Titles, Land Purchasing, Land Deeds, Land Registration, Land Mortgage and All kinds of Mutation.
∎ To Collect & verify of land related documents from A/C (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-registry office, L.A Section, DLR office, Settlement office & A.D.C (Revenue) Office.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
∎ Documentation of all types of legal document.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and estate related issues.
∎ Checking the documents of the prospective proposed purchasing land.
∎ Drafting Various types of Agreement.
∎ Supervising ongoing cases at various courts .
∎ To coordinate with legal advisor regarding all legal issues.
∎ Preparing Legal Notices & Reply
∎ Legal opinion regarding land and others legal issues.
∎ Supply all the documents of the bank & Tax for the purpose of any kinds of Bank Mortgage & Income tax.
∎ Regular Collaboration with legal counsel

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 05 Years relevant experience for the GM/ DGM Position.
∎ Should have Proper knowledge on land law.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Land survey, Land Registration and all legal issues, civil & criminal cases, labour law, Company matter etc.
∎ Strong people management skills.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Honesty & Integrity.
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Transport will be provided by the company, as per company policy.
