∎ Must Have Experience to work or manage 1000 Employees.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Experience in KPI, TNA & Training & Development.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goal and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.
∎ Provide strategic HR support to senior management to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
∎ Design and execute HR plans and programs that support the company’s objectives.
∎ Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
∎ Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
∎ Provide constructive & timely performance evaluation.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their hiring needs.
∎ Handle employee grievances and other concerns related to conflict management.
∎ Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop retention strategies.
∎ Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
∎ Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
∎ Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
∎ Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
∎ Manage HR audits and address any compliance issues.
∎ Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
∎ Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.
∎ Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
∎ Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Monitor HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor/ the management.
