Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to deliver higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of all lines (sewing, finishing, and cutting), optimum production, on-time shipment of goods, and standard quality
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine, materials and methods
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized production floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
