Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation. Post Graduation or MBA will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ To Direct & Control overall administration department and it's activities
∎ Ensure proper HR operation and function of the organization i.e. recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and increment etc.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
∎ Liaison with govt. and other external stakeholders like BGMEA, BKMEA, Fire service dept, etc.
∎ Follow-up the functionalities of HR/Admin/Compliance
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation in and out of the factory.
∎ Maintain relationship with Police Authorities, RAB. Local Influences and other government agencies
∎ Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
∎ Design & execute proper recruitment policies within the organization
∎ Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
∎ Deal with employees discipline procedure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ RETIRED DEFENSE Officers with requisite knowledge & experience will be given highest preference
∎ Compliance, Floor/ Line Management, Administration, Security, HR, Health/ Safety & Fire, Welfare, Labor Counseling

Salary: Negotiable
