Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper administrative operation and function of the company.
∎ Handling disciplinary issues of the company as per law.
∎ To ensure proper security of the company's employees, assets and properties including fire safety hazard.
∎ To contribute and maintain a congenial working environment inside the company.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationship with all law enforcing departments (especially police, local authorities, maintain liaison with relevant government organizations and relevant authorities).
∎ To lead a team for maintaining housekeeping and other day to day affairs.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Must have experiences to work in RMG administration sector.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Good team player & self-motivated.
Salary: Negotiable
