∎ Only Retired Army Officers with practical work experience in a garments factory are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken.
∎ Proficient in using computer applications.
∎ Sincere, honest, and accountable in fulfilling responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effectively manage the overall administration-related activities of the factory.
∎ Address and resolve employee grievances with expertise, empathy and professionalism.
∎ Oversee safety and security management, transport management, housekeeping and floor administration.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
∎ Oversee and coordinate purchase and shipment-related activities with precision and a strong focus on detail.
∎ Perform any additional tasks assigned by top management.
