Job Context:
∎ We are looking for General Manager (GM) - Administration.
∎ Retired Army / Equivalent ranked Minimum Major with Graduation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the smooth administrative operations of the factory/ company.
∎ Responsibilities of overall Administration Policy Execution & Initiative for a new policy if needed.
∎ Active participation and share most common issues, challenges & best practices.
∎ Analyze Risk Management & Make good Public Relations
∎ Organization Development proficiency: Manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies
∎ Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace and maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene, and Environment.
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies, and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
∎ To ensure regular supply of all utility services.
∎ To supervise & control the duties, and responsibilities of subordinate staff.
∎ Monitoring & supervise various issues like security system, Transport maintenance, Canteen maintenance etc.
∎ Any assignment was given by top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
