∎ At least 5 years’ experience of working in the Merchandising Department and with existing buyers.
∎ Having strong ties with only well-reputed buyers/importers from UK, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, USA, Spain and/or Belgium is a MUST.
∎ Must be in a position to start bringing in business from Week
∎ Excellent analytical skills and be highly numerate.
∎ Strong computer skills, in particular, Excel and other MS Office applications.
∎ The ability to prioritize and react positively to working under pressure and with changing demands.
∎ Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking and a team player with an open-minded approach.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ An in depth understanding of merchandising & quality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bringing in Orders from your Existing Buyers to maximize business volume and profit.
∎ Attend meetings Abroad with Buyers along with the Senior Management.
∎ Possess superpower in pricing, with a strong awareness of the prices needed to win business of European and American value buyers and how to go about achieving those prices.
∎ Source reliable factories & suppliers to achieve the most competitive prices to win orders without sacrificing desired quality and deadline of the buyers.
∎ Oversee costing submissions from various suppliers; prepare Open Cost sheets to drive cost competitiveness vs competitors.
∎ Strategically identify opportunities to grow the business by reducing cost, working in partnership with Management and Suppliers.
∎ Strategically identify projects to grow the business by reducing sampling lead times, in partnership with factories and suppliers in Bangladesh and China.
∎ Calling the Merchandisers who are eager to join one of the renowned and fastest growing buying houses in Bangladesh, INOVIC Sourcing Ltd.
