∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
∎ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
∎ Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients in European markets.
∎ Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and industry networking.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, follow-up, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
∎ Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts and achieve company objectives.
∎ Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.
∎ Working hours: 2 PM to 10 PM (Mon-Fri)
