Additional Requirements:

Experience: Candidates who have previous experience in telesales and call centers will get preference during the selection process.

Must-have

  • 1-2 years proven B2B outbound / telesales / appointment-setting experience.
  • Comfortable with 50+ outbound dials/day and multichannel cadences.
  • Strong written & spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent objection handling and qualification skills.
  • Self-starter, metric-focused, and accountable.
  • Bonus: experience selling to e-commerce, product photography, or image post-production clients.

What you’ll own

  • High-volume outbound outreach (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn touchpoints).
  • Prospect & mine target lists with tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.).
  • Build, run, and iterate multichannel cadences and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings/demos for Account Executives..
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Report KPIs, learnings, and optimizations on a regular basis.
