Must-have
- 1-2 years proven B2B outbound / telesales / appointment-setting experience.
- Comfortable with 50+ outbound dials/day and multichannel cadences.
- Strong written & spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent objection handling and qualification skills.
- Self-starter, metric-focused, and accountable.
- Bonus: experience selling to e-commerce, product photography, or image post-production clients.

What you’ll own
- High-volume outbound outreach (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn touchpoints).
- Prospect & mine target lists with tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.).
- Build, run, and iterate multichannel cadences and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and book meetings/demos for Account Executives..
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting.
- Report KPIs, learnings, and optimizations on a regular basis.
