∎ The Generalist field officer will act as the as the supervisor of operators established to receive calls from the beneficiaries of the ICRC. He/She will assist to prepare standards, provide briefing, supervise & follow up the activities operator(s).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists in rollout of Community Contact Center (CCC), creates & implements standard operating procedures & policies.
∎ Supervises & ensures all contact center employees & activities are coherent with SOP & ICRC guideline.
∎ Maintains regular communication & liaison with departments (i.e ICT, Communication) to evaluate necessary requirements (i.e: staffing, IT Support, IT accessories) to ensure smooth operation of CCC.
∎ Participate in operator recruitment, prepares & provide regular briefing, updates, training to CCC operator, evaluates operator performance & identifies development scope of operators.
∎ Follows up issues raised by CCC for timely feedback.
∎ Assists in formulating improvement scope of CCC & strategy to improve the accessibility of the ICRC to affected people in Bangladesh.
∎ Regular reporting as & when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent command of English and computer literacy. Knowledge of Rohingya language will get added advantage.
∎ Professional requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years of total work experience in relevant field in relevant industry.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the assigned geographic area.
∎ Personal qualities for the position:
∎ Excellent sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
∎ Ability to empathize to people who are in vulnerable situation in the country.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, respecting the established framework.
