∎ The Company is urgently looking for deserving candidates for the position of General Manager/Deputy General Manager for Retail Sales Operation. As Head of Retail Sales Operation, the incumbent will be responsible to look after the retail workforce management and oversee the entire retail sales operation activities, manage the sales and operations strategies and identify new business trends and opportunities for sales performance goals. He will also promote sales innovation and productivity and conduct research on the consumer behaviors, operation activities and industry trends to enhance retail sales performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee sales and operations activities of all Showrooms on a daily basis.
∎ Supervise the duties and responsibilities of Workforce of Sales & Operations.
∎ Co-ordinate the entire operation activities of Showrooms for sales & sales promotion, follow-up product requisition and ensure proper distribution of products among the Zone Outlets.
∎ Ensure Monthly Sales Target & Achievement. Analyze the poor sale product areas and take appropriate action for improvement.
∎ Develop a productivity improvement roadmap and take appropriate measures to increase sales operational efficiency and peoples’ capacity development.
∎ Improve current monitoring, reporting and follow-up systems for sales & operations activities.
∎ Ensure customers’ requirement and services are met on a timely manner.
∎ Co-ordinate with and ensure maintenance works and branding of showrooms.
∎ Fulfil the manpower requirement of Showrooms according to budget planning.
∎ Resolve the risk and dispute of Showrooms.
∎ Ensure the Workforce welfare and incentives.
∎ Keep the Management update with daily sales volume and sales progress.
∎ Maintain relationships with business competitors and improve the sales operations standard.
∎ Develop operational plans and strategies to support the Showroom functions.
∎ Develop the Showrooms talent pool.
∎ Provide guidance & direction to the Showroom Managers and motivate Showroom people for sales target achievement and sales growth.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented innovation and productivity initiatives.
∎ Promote a culture that encourages people, productivity and innovation.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in Retail Sales Operations of Consumer or Fashion & Lifestyle Products.
∎ Should have excellent planning and analytical skill.
∎ Good leadership and interpersonal relationship skill.
∎ Computer savvy.
∎ Age will be relaxed for deserving candidate.
