• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Spinning

• Strong analytical and decision-making ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Develop and execute yarn sourcing strategies as per production requirements

• Source yarn from local & international markets with competitive pricing

• Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance

• Monitor yarn market trends, price movements, and ensure cost control

• Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Merchandising teams for demand forecasting

• Manage inventory levels and avoid overstock or shortage

• Handle import procedures, LC, and related documentation (if applicable)

• Ensure yarn quality in coordination with QA/QC team

• Lead and manage procurement team effectively

• Prepare reports on procurement status, cost analysis, and supplier performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
