Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and manage all wrapper production activities to meet the company’s production targets.
Ensure the smooth operation of printing, lamination, cutting, and pouching machines.
Monitor daily production output, wastage, and efficiency to achieve optimum productivity.
Develop and implement effective production schedules and manpower planning.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of wrappers to the biscuit packing line as per production demand.
Maintain strict quality standards for printed and laminated materials as per company specifications.
Ensure compliance with food-grade packaging regulations and hygiene protocols.
Monitor and control production costs by reducing material wastage and improving process efficiency.
Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
