Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effective plan to utilize all washing machines - run optimum for 24 hours, strategize to ensure that garments with wash programs are done on time meeting the required quality parameters as specified by buyers.
∎ Effective utilization of resources; man, machine and material - strive towards optimum utilization and maximum productivity. Effective drive to reduce the rejection percentage.
∎ Ensure rejection garments are less than .5% reduction in chemical as well as dye for hair color.
∎ Monitor recipe for each order as per the requirements of fabric & make sure that required quality processes are followed by all team members.
∎ Wash to receive garments as per washing capacity only, and to be dispatched to the finishing within 30 minutes of completion of washing.
∎ Encourage planned leave and create a congenial work atmosphere for the team.
∎ Encourage employee learning and growth initiatives for staff and non-staff of all washing area.
∎ Implement Kaizen and ensure institutionalization of progressive culture
