∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & implement production management system audit (PMS) and quality system audit (QMS).
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the factory through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in-process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Production & quality data analysis and remediation.
∎ Technical knowledge of raw materials.
∎ Handle technical matters thoroughly - CAD pattern approval style & fittings.
∎ Ensure desired quality standards of buyers to shipment the products on time.
∎ Ensure the fabrics & all accessories quality issues with the concerned merchandiser for smooth production.
∎ Assisting with technical for pattern/specification and construction & conduct risk analysis capability.
∎ Dealing the QS inspection and ensuring a high pass rate, and working to meet buyer's quality requirements, system implementation and quality enhancement.
∎ Establishing a standard Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand & ensure the same.
∎ Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ To give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management
∎ Train up to Quality person about QA Standards as per Buyer/Customer/Company requirements.
∎ To identify the root cause and action plans against any kind of quality-related issues
∎ To make a plan to minimize rejection and communicate with the production department

∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Should be an excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a charming personality.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in English & presentation skills.

∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
