Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tasked with overseeing daily business activities
∎ improving overall business functions
∎ managing budgets
∎ Developing strategic plans
∎ Creating policies
∎ And communicating business goals.
∎ Keeping close follow up within team regarding all kind of Development & Production Sampling and ensure submission as per buyer's dead line
∎ Supervise and provide coaching, guidance, counselling and training to the teams.
∎ Lead the teams to increase company profitability, Develop new customers and business
∎ Monitor and facilitate timely delivery. Maintain constant liaison with the factory and factory personnel. Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by the management.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to Directors on all ongoing activities and issues
