Responsibilities & Context:
Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL) is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of "GM- Sales, BOGCL" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka, to lead a large sales team to develop the market & individual sales employees.
- Plan, organize, implement, and monitor Sales & Marketing activities to achieve continuous effective market targets
- Develop proper forecasting plan and inventory management at the customer level.
- Build a strong network in the segment of Traders and End users.
- Resolve all sales-related issues and problems arising from the market by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments
- Maintain liaison with existing & potential customers to ensure the business objective.
- Keep the management updated daily on sales progress.
- Take the challenge to meet the sales target and report to the management.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Prepare sales plan for developing the market.
- Increase brand and product awareness among customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to business requirements.
- Visit regularly with engineers and government offices to create market demand.
