• Candidate should smart, elegant, self-driven and proactive in production trouble shooting are requested to apply.

• Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.

• Should have knowledge in Social, Technical Audit.

• Able to work independently and proactively.

• Should have strong leadership and team management skill.

• Highly preference Residential Living Area in Gazipur.

• Work closely under Management to prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Merchandising department.

• To monitor and control all production process in Cutting/Sewing/Finishing/Dyeing section.

• Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the Production Schedule as per the requirement of the Buyers.

• To monitor production target everyday & ensure the target has been achieved.

• If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Supervisors immediately & report to Management.

• To check every section plan in order to achieve maximum production.

• Will have to remain always updated on production status and be capable to provide any information regarding the status of production instantly.

• To keep the responsible area neat, clean and in hygienic condition.

• Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.

• Analyze factory capacity (machine and manpower) against order projections to ensure 100% utilization.

• Strategically allocate styles to specific sewing lines based on complexity and operator skill sets.

• Monitor the Time & Action (TNA) calendar for every order, ensuring cutting, sewing, and finishing stay on track for shipment dates.

• Review and approve requirements for machinery, folders, attachments, and specialized equipment before bulk production starts.

• Oversee Industrial Engineering (IE) teams to optimize line layouts and minimize bottlenecks in the sewing hall.

• Ensure all production lines adhere to the required Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).

• Implement "Right First Time" (RFT) quality protocols to reduce rework and reject rates.

• Maintain a factory environment that meets international social and safety compliance standards (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX)

• Work closely with the merchandising team to provide accurate Cut, Make, and Trim (CMT) costings
